I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?
Please email us the correct address as soon as you can to [email protected]. There is normally a 2-5 day window before your order ships to make changes.
My order has not yet reached me, how soon will it ship?

My tracking has been in "pre-shipment" for some time, is it lost?
Receiving your tracking number means we have printed your shipping label, but not necessarily that your order has shipped. We try to ship all orders in bulk to save time going back and forth to the post office. If it has been a week and your product still has not shipped, please contact us and we'll check if it's still in our possession or the post office's.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for 30 days from payment. Please contact us to setup the return.
I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.
If your order has not been shipped, we are able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to us upon receiving them.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive tracking information to the email that you provided during checkout.
The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?
All items we sell are in limited quantities (especially original artwork). Once it's gone, it's gone.
I am purchasing for a friend and I don't want them to know how much I paid.
We do include packing slips with our orders, but contact us ahead of time with your order number and we'll be sure to leave the packing slip out.
Do you have wholesale pricing?
